Reinforced concrete supplier
Reinforced concrete (RC) is a versatile composite. In fact, it’s one of the most widely used concrete materials in construction today.
What is reinforced concrete?
Reinforced concrete has steel embedded so that the two materials combine to resist forces. The reinforcing steel – in the form of rods, bars, fibres or mesh – absorb the tensile, shear, and sometimes compressive stresses in concrete structures.
Offering improved strength against the force of wind, earthquakes and vibrations, reinforced concrete delivers the combined tensile strength of steel and compressive strength of concrete. As a result, it offers exceptional performance for a range of projects.
